Iran exhibition showcases exquisite wooden creations

Award-winning wooden crafter Yaser Yami holds an exhibition showcasing exquisite wooden creations.  

According to a media report, "The End of Presence" exhibition was inaugurated on Thursday at the Master Farshchian Gallery in Tehran, featuring handcrafted wooden creations by Yaser Yami and his students.

Yami, born in 1981 and a graduate of civil engineering, has been practicing wooden marquetry since 1997 and won eight national awards between 2001 and 2005.

He also received the silver medal from the World Crafts Council International (WCC) in 2015.

Yami was introduced as the country's young artist on World Handicrafts Day in 2015.

 The exhibition showcases the unique and intricate designs of Yami and his students, highlighting the beauty and craftsmanship of woodworking. It is definitely a must-visit for art lovers and enthusiasts.
